Medical Insurance Claim...

To make a claim, you need to complete a form and send it to your insurer along with any relevant referral letters or other supporting documentation.  It's really important that you give the insurance company as much information as possible to allow them to process your claim quickly.

We always recommend you get a prior approval, so you know for certain that you will be covered for the treatment or investigation, giving you one less thing to worry about.

Instead of completing a claim form, you can lodge your Medical Insurance claim via the online claims portal (this option is available with most insurers). 

The turnaround time for claims made via the online portal are much quicker than if you were to complete a claim form.
