Experts Say: weight loss is guaranteed if you choose to exist on this diet but this would also be accompanied by dehydration, malnutrition and risk of starvation.

The Apple Cider Vinegar Diet

With this diet you drink a daily shot of apple cider vinegar. Followers claim that by doing this you flush out the colon, helping your body to digest food and help to stop cravings.
Experts Say: apple cider vinegar will promote good digestion as it will stimulate digestive acids. It may also help with abdominal bloating in some people. However, there is no evidence that it actually does anything to aid weight loss.

Followers claim that not only does this diet help you with weight loss but also improves your complexion.
Experts Say: white it's a great idea to have a wide range of different coloured fruits and vegetables in your diet, trying to stick to one colour per day is pretty limiting and would lead to some strange food combinations. Try to have a range of different coloured vegetables on your plate at each meal and you will get the same results.
