The best way to start moving if you don't already have exercise as part of your routine is incidental exercise - try some of these tips:
- Park in the car park as far away from the door as possible
- Take stairs instead of the lift or escalator
- Actively play with your kids, instead of just watching
- Walk around while you are talking on the phone
- Get someone to hide your TV remote.
- Popcorn instead of Chips
- Blended Frozen Bananas instead of Ice Cream
- Honey instead of Sugar
- Water with a Lemon Slice instead of Soft Drink
