Nope, we haven't started a new dance craze (although, it does have a nice ring to it), but the BRAVEday staff sure are on the move! We've had some changes within the team recently, with more to come, so we thought we would let you know what's going on…
- Dee has taken on the role of Kane's PA, replacing Rachael who left us a couple of weeks ago to concentrate on her growing family. I'm still learning the ropes of Fire and General but really enjoy the change of pace - if you need any domestic insurance, just let me know! (Shameless plug, I know.)
- Jo has joined the team to take over Client Care for our risk clients. Jo joins us fresh from Oz after packing up her life three months ago (how brave is that!) when she fell in love with lil old NZ while on holiday last year. Annual reviews and looking after existing clients will be Jo's main focus, so if you have any questions regarding your current cover, Jo's your gal.
- Marcia is now your go to for medical claims - Marcia has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to claims, having worked in the claims departments for insurance providers, so you are in great hands.
- Our Admin Assistant Sam is leaving at the end of the year to broaden his horizons, he will be replaced by Ashlee who is studying at Uni and working with us part time.
Our website page will be updated over the Christmas period, once the new ladies have their photo shoot - so watch this space!
