The challenges

In the transport business, insurance is an absolute must. It’s so important, in fact, that it’s written into the very foundation of Performance Transport’s operation: Rob won’t let freight move without products having protection. Accidents can happen, and each individual damaged product could cost his company up to $2,000 each. It’s no wonder, then, that Rob wants to limit his risk and ensure that his business can continue providing its usual, excellent service.

However, all too often, Rob found that insurers weren’t quite up to snuff. He found that his concerns were cast to one side, and “I don’t know” was a common response to his questions about his insurance. Rob even felt that sometimes it amounted to “I don’t care”.
