Recently Dean and I went to Europe for a whirlwind tour. It was amazing, especially as I have never been there before.
The thing that struck me the most was the history and the grand architecture - both were totally mind blowing.
My two favourite spots were Paris and Amalfi - so different from home and both lovely in very different ways.
For me travelling is; fun, exhausting, challenging and all about making the most of life. I love it but I also love coming home to NZ. There's no place quite like it and it really gives a new appreciation of how good life is at home.
