Because you're worth it

We have finished the "golden quarter" (you know, when it feels like every second weekend is a long one) and are heading into the great winter drudge between June and October.

If, like me, you have already used up your leave for the year, how about taking time out and pampering yourself after work or during the weekend?  I've compiled a list of some of my favourite ways to get in some R&R during the long winter months (and it's also handy for Mother's Day coming up this weekend!).

East Day Spa:  From lotions and potions, to aromatherapy, to massages and facial treatments, East Day Spa offers a great retreat from the pressures of daily life.

Karen's Hands Reflexology: Even the most ticklish will find it easy to relax during a reflexology session with Karen.  Rebalance, improve your sleep and heal from within.

Pedman Spicer: If getting your kit off in front of strangers isn't your bag - how about just a mani/pedi?

Honeysuckle Flowers:  Treat yourself to some gorgeous blooms from the lovely Annie.  Just having beautiful flowers in your home uplifts the spirit.

Whatever it is that relaxes you, the most important thing is to do it!
