A new office, a new year––the past few months have been exciting for BRAVEday. But we’re now well-settled in at our new office in Milford and ready to continue ensuring you can live boldly and have a BRAVEday, every day.
Here’s a quick update on what we’ve been up to over the last little while, and where we’re planning to head in the coming year.

Before anything else, we’d like to welcome the two newest members of the BRAVEday team: Joanne Butler and Claire Holt!

Risk Insurance Team
The Dean, Ami, Marcia and Jo team in Risk Insurance continues strong in 2017.
The Big Cheese Director Dean Young
Dean will help you handle all of your people-related risks: medical, life, trauma, income and mortgage protection, as well as your business worries with shareholder protection, key person and business continuation insurance.
Director Wrangler Ami Nathan
Dean would find his job a lot harder without the help of Executive Assistant Ami Nathan, who also handles all the new business applications. If you need assurance on your business insurance, Ami is the one to get in touch with.
Medical Claims Miracle Worker Marcia Foster
And all those people who are already being insured by BRAVEday will be very familiar with Existing Business Manager Marcia. Wondering about premium changes or want to make a medical insurance claim? Marcia has you covered with the answers to any questions you might have.
Client Care Crusader Jo Betts
Jo celebrated her first year with BRAVEday in December last year and has, in her own words, been “learning like a sponge” since then. She handles all reviews and helps out with customer enquiries, changes and adjustments too. If you’re in need of client care, Jo is the one to talk to.
General Insurance
Both Joanne and Claire have swelled the ranks of the General Insurance team, while Kane and Wendy are holding down the fort as BRAVEday staff veterans who take care of many facets of your general insurance needs.
‘Cheese-in-the-Making’ Principal Kane Butler
Kane continues his expert work as the chief of liability, indemnity, commercial building, boats, cars, houses … the list goes on. If it’s an object or a business and you want to protect it, then Kane is the person you’ll want to speak with.
Chieftess of House, Contents and Car Insurance Wendy Horgan
Client Care Manager Wendy can help out with your quotes for all your domestic insurance needs. If you want to expand your policy but need to know how much it will cost, then Wendy is in your corner.
Commercial Insurance Wizard Claire Holt
Claire Holt will be fulfilling Dee’s previous role as the assistant to Kane and will be helping out with all things Fire and General. Claire has particular expertise in commercial insurance as well, so she’ll be your first port of call if Kane is away.
Claims and Credit Ninja Joanne Butler
Another new addition to our team is Joanne Butler, who will be looking after all fire and general insurance claims. If you have a claim, you can rest assured she will deal with it promptly and efficiently on your behalf. Joanne is also a BRAVEday champion of credit control.
The Multitaskers
Tania and Ashlee are here to make sure all of our clients walk out smiling––whether it’s their first consultation or after a significant claim, as well as helping out where-ever needed.
Empress of Operations Tania Young
The queen of lump sum claims, Tania, is also the finance and operations manager. She helps out with underwriting too; meaning she’s the one who helps make sure you get a policy with the best terms possible.
Admin Whizz Ashlee Young
Described as our Girl Friday, Ashlee is our filing, scanning and general administration expert. She comes in once a week to help out with all our documentation needs. Without her, you might find us buried under a deluge of paperwork!
