Mr Fix-It
Although relatively new to the insurance industry,
providing superior customer service is second nature to Steven.
Before joining BRAVEday Steven worked in industrial sales for
six years dealing with a diverse range of customers. Steven
believes that his reputation for building lasting relationships
with his clients comes down to always doing the right thing by
them, and being able to share a laugh.
Consequently, insurance was a logical career move, as doing the
right thing means he will make a difference to people's lives when
they need him most, at claim time.
Steven has already proved to have an outstanding ability in
building rapport with clients and colleagues alike. He is
also known around the office as 'Mr Fix-It' - with his previous
engineering background and being a typical kiwi bloke (with a real
number 8 wire mentality) he seems to be able to fix just about
anything. A very handy skill indeed.
