A passion for service
Dean's dealt with high-value clients his entire career, both as
a corporate dealer and a money market dealer in the 1990s and in
the insurance industry since 1999.
Dean formed BRAVEday in October 2001, after
seeing a gap in the market - or perhaps a gaping void - around
service delivery.
His philosophy is to do one thing very, very well - and that is
to offer the best personal and business insurance to
BRAVEday clients, and manage the whole process for
them, especially at claim time.
Before striking out on his own, Dean was an associate with an
independent broking company, and before that, worked at financial
institutions such as BNZ and HSBC.
In just a few short years, BRAVEday has built a
strong reputation for care and advice both within the insurance
industry and with their clients, but Dean isn't getting complacent.
He regularly attends training courses, seminars and industry
related workshops to enhance his knowledge and keep up to date with
industry standards. He recently completed a Massey University
Graduate Diploma of Business Studies endorsed in Personal Risk
Management.
Dean is a member of Entrepreneurs Organisation of New Zealand
and is always looking for new solutions, and smarter ways to help
businesses manage their risks.
Dean is also a member of the PAA (Professional Advisers
Association) and is an Associate Life Underwriter (ALU). He is
therefore bound by the ethics, practice and disciplinary standards
contained in the PAA Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and
supporting Bylaws.
