It has been refreshing dealing with Dean and Tania from
BRAVEday. I first purchased Medical, Income
Protection & Life insurance in 1994 from another insurance
broker. For 14yrs I never had any contact, let alone
received any service from him.
In 2005 I made a small claim with Sovereign which was a painless
and pleasing experience, but still no contact from the broker to
see how I was. Subsequently, my perception of insurance
brokers was poor. Only interested in signing me up and
clipping the ticket.
In 2008 I met Dean and decided to move my policies to
BRAVEday. Fair to say, it has been extremely
refreshing to deal with a professional business who CARES.
Dean and Tania have provided quality service and are not
about clipping the ticket, they add value in many ways.
They take time to understand and keep on top of my personal/family
circumstances and look at ways that can add value beyond insurance,
whether it be information sharing or networking. Miranda and
I are very pleased with the service they provide and know that
if/when we need help, they will be there alongside us. I have
zero hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
